Springhouse Café, serves as the heart of the resort, delivering the gracious hospitality and warm welcome guests to the ranch that stood here before us received. History tells us Aunt Mary was as tough as any ranch hand but she also knew her way around a kitchen. Ranch guests were always met with a warm and hearty meal. We hope Aunt Mary would approve of the genuine Texas welcome and generous portions served up today in Springhouse.

Named after Papa Ed’s son, Charlie’s boasts the longest Copper bar in Texas and delivers a Texas sized dose of ranch hospitality to boot. Offering a rotating selection of local draft beers, hand-crafted cocktails, and hearty bar food. Charlie’s provides the perfect location to escape the afternoon sun. Stop in and see us, stay a while, catch a game on the TV, shoot some pool, or just catch up with old friends and meet new ones. Named after Charlie’s son, Vince’s is located in the heart of the resort’s fun zone, close to Pat’s Park, the Flow Rider, water slide, beach, and sand volleyball. Vince’s is the perfect location for a lunch time break from the fun, or perhaps a leisurely family dinner. Vince’s menu features house made specialty pizzas, panini sandwiches, salads and wraps. Cactus Oaks offers a tranquil destination away from the bustle of the resort, enjoy specialty cocktails, cold beer and delicious food.
